1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NovaXplora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use NovaXplora. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will promptly terminate their account.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You may only create one account per person.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service to use NovaXplora.

4. Acceptable Use

When using NovaXplora, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts without authorization.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create, including trip plans, dreams, photos, comments, and other materials.
  • By uploading content to NovaXplora, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content to you and to users you have authorized through collaboration features.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Fair Use and Content Reuse

NovaXplora respects the intellectual property rights of its users and third parties. The following guidelines govern the fair use and reuse of content on the platform:

  • Your content: You may share, reference, or repurpose your own content (trip plans, photos, itineraries) outside of NovaXplora for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media posts, blog articles, or personal records.
  • Other users' content:Content shared with you through collaboration features is for your personal use within NovaXplora only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from another user's content without their explicit permission.
  • AI-generated content:Suggestions, recommendations, and other content generated by NovaXplora's AI features are provided for your personal use in planning travel. You may freely incorporate AI-generated suggestions into your own plans. AI-generated content does not carry copyright protection and is not warranted for accuracy.
  • Platform content:NovaXplora's branding, design, logos, and proprietary materials remain the property of Device Cortex. You may not use platform content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Copyright complaints: If you believe content on NovaXplora infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to [email protected] with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
  • No bulk reproduction: You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically reproduce content from NovaXplora, whether user-generated or platform-provided, for any purpose.

7. Collaboration and Sharing

  • Content you share through collaboration features is visible to the users you invite. If you choose to share content by public link, anyone with that link can view it until you stop sharing it.
  • Permission levels (view, edit, admin) determine what collaborators can do with shared content.
  • Collaborators may view or modify shared content according to their assigned permission level.
  • You can revoke access to shared content at any time by changing collaboration settings.

8. AI-Powered Features

NovaXplora uses artificial intelligence to provide activity suggestions, destination recommendations, and other planning assistance. These AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional travel advice. You should independently verify any recommendations before making travel decisions or bookings.

9. Third-Party Services

NovaXplora relies on third-party services for things like mapping and routing, place data, and weather. These features depend on external service availability and may be temporarily unavailable if a third-party provider experiences downtime.

  • Third-party services are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which may differ from ours.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by third-party services.
  • By using features powered by third-party services, you agree to comply with their respective terms.

10. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Where available, some links on NovaXplora take you to a travel partner to complete a booking. If you book after following one of those links, we may earn a commission from the partner. This never costs you more — the price you pay is the partner's own price. Every such link is marked where it appears, so you always know before you click.

  • The partner is the merchant of record. Your booking contract is with them, not with NovaXplora. They take payment and are responsible for confirmation, changes, cancellation, refunds, and customer support. Their terms and privacy policy govern once you leave our site.
  • Commission does not influence what we show you. Suggestions, ordering, and ranking are never affected by whether a partner pays us, or by how much. If that ever changes, we will say so here before it does.
  • We are a referrer, not a travel agency. As set out in the Disclaimers section, we do not sell travel, hold funds, or act as agent for you or any supplier.
  • Problems with a bookingshould go to the partner you booked with. We will help you find the right contact if you are not sure, but we cannot change, cancel, or refund a booking made on another company's site.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
  • Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period, during which you may contact us to recover your account. After 30 days, your content and uploads are permanently deleted and your account record is irreversibly anonymized.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

12. Data and Backups

NovaXplora is a trip planning service, not a data backup or archival platform. While we follow industry-standard data management and protection practices to safeguard your content, no system can guarantee absolute protection against data loss.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of any content or data you store on NovaXplora.
  • We strongly recommend that you regularly export or save copies of important trip plans, itineraries, and other content you create.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss, alteration, corruption, or deletion of your data, including but not limited to data loss caused by system failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimers

NovaXplora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not a travel agency or booking service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated suggestions or user-submitted content. We are not responsible for any travel outcomes, costs, or experiences resulting from the use of this service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Device Cortex and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of NovaXplora. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms and Our Privacy Policy

We may update these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, to reflect new features, new third-party services, or changes in applicable law.

When we do, we will tell you what changed. The next time you sign in you will see a plain-language summary of each change, and we record which version you acknowledged and when. You can read every past summary, and see what you have acknowledged, at any time from Policy Updates in your profile.

We will not treat a change as accepted merely because a date on this page changed. If a change is significant, we will ask you to acknowledge it before you carry on using NovaXplora.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
